Monty's Crush of the Week

No, I didn't forget, just been really busy. Here's our belated "Crush of the Week"...

Rachel Hurd-Wood
(Peter Pan, Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Silk Stocking, An American Haunting,
Perfume: The Story of a Murderer, Dorian Gray, Solomon Kane, Tomorrow When
the War Began, The Mapmaker, Hideaways, Highway to Dhampus)

I first saw Rachel in her first film, 2003's "Peter Pan", in which she played Wendy. I totally adore that movie, to be honest, and she was just one of the many aspects of the film that were totally perfect (it wasn't ALL perfect, but it was mostly perfect!). By the time she did "An American Haunting" a few years later though, she was full-on becoming the vision you see above. In fact, I haven't seen her since then, really, except in stills on the internet from other work she has done, yet I haven't managed to actually view any of it so far. I really need to fix that! Supposedly, she has always said she didn't intend to act and doesn't intend to keep acting, but according to her IMDB page, she is still going strong. There are many gorgeous images of her on line, but this has long been a fave of mine.
